  • US orders are shipped UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, UPS Freight or XPO Freight.
  •  
  • UPS Freight and XPO Freight require someone available to receive and sign for delivery.
  •  
  • Orders placed by 4pm CST typically ship the next business day. Orders after 4pm CST typically ship within 2 business days. If this is not possible, we will email you with the estimated ship date.
  •  
  • Canadian orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Standard. Please contact us if alternate shipping is desired.

  • At the time of shipment we will send you an email that will include the tracking number.

  • International Shoppers

  • In order to better serve our international customers, we have partnered with iGlobalStores.com to handle our international checkout process.

  • Purchases shipped outside of the United States & Canada can be made through our desktop site choosing IGlobalStores.com checkout.

  • Simply click “Check Out using IGlobalStores” and you’ll have the option to prepay your duties and taxes (and/or VAT, etc.) as well as check out and view your order in your own currency.

  • Customer Pick-up


  • Orders for customer pick-up placed before 2pm may be picked up the following business day after 9am.

  • Customer pick-up is open from 9am until 3pm CST, Monday through Friday and closed holidays
  •  
  • We are required to collect Illinois sales tax for all customer pickups.
