    Return Policy
  • You may return standard stock items sold through onlineEEI.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund not including shipping costs subject to the following:
  • Items must not have been used and must be returned with all original packaging.
  • Return will be refused if damaged, soiled, show signs of use or has missing parts. NOTE: Items with external damage (obvious shipping damage) must be referred to UPS for settlement.
  • A Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be obtained by the purchaser prior to sending items back. Return shipping instructions will be provided at that time. Customer must pay all return shipping charges and use an approved, insured, shipment method. Call 630-378-9119 to obtain an RMA.
  • OnlineEEI will pay for return shipping ONLY if the return is the result of a defective item or we shipped an incorrect item.

  • Order Information
  • We will send you an order confirmation by email upon receiving your order.
  • Please be sure your email program / spam blocker/ junk email filter will accept email from OnlineEEI.com.
  • Your credit card statement will show purchases as “OnlineEEI”.
  • Please be sure to check your order thoroughly upon delivery.
  • Claims for damaged or missing items can only be honored within 30 days of delivery.

  • Shipping Details
  • UPS & freight orders placed by 4pm CST typically ship the next business day. Orders after 4pm CST typically ship within two business days. If this is not possible, we will email you with the estimated ship date.
  • Please call to find out if expedited handling can be arranged for your items.
  • US Orders are shipped UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air .
  • At the time of shipment we will send you an email that will include the UPS tracking number.
  • Orders are shipped to Canada via UPS Worldwide Standard. Please contact us if alternate shipping is desired.
  • Prepaid Duty and Tax into Canada is included with all Canadian orders. You will not be charged any additional amount upon delivery.
  • Purchases shipped outside of the United States & Canada can be made through our International Distributor, IGlobalStores.com.

  • International Shoppers
  • In order to better serve our international customers, we have partnered with iGlobalStores.com to handle our international checkout process.
  • Simply click “Check Out using IGlobalStores” and you’ll have the option to prepay your duties and taxes (and/or VAT, etc.) as well as check out and view your order in your own currency.

  • Orders for customer pick-up placed before 2pm may be picked up the following business day after 9am.
  • Customer pick-up is open from 9am until 3pm CST, Monday through Friday and closed during holidays
  • We are required to collect Illinois sales tax for all customer pickups.
  • Customer Pick-up is located at 1201 Naperville DRIVE, Romeoville IL 60446.

  • Government Purchase Orders
  • Fill in your info, click the Print Government PO or Check Payment Form button. Print the form and complete the signature box. Then fax, mail or email it to us along with your purchase order.
  • Purchase orders are accepted from government agencies and authorities such as schools, federal, state, county and municipal offices.
  • Purchase orders must be on official organizational letterhead, contain a purchase order number, and be signed.
  • Please remember to include applicable shipping and sales tax amounts as shown in the shopping cart on your purchase order or it cannot be processed.
  • The purchase order amount should match the total shown in the shopping cart unless you are tax exempt in Illinois, Arizona, or California. If so, a copy of your tax exemption certificate must be included for your order to be processed.
